Syarat Dan Ketentuan Bagus Transport Bali
Pembayaran Uang muka (deposit) sebesar 50 (lima puluh) persen dari total biaya sewa dibayarkan saat pemesanan unit.
Pemesanan unit akan segera diproses jika uang muka (deposit) telah dibayarkan kepada Bagus Transport Bali.
Pelunasan sisa pembayaran total biaya sewa wajib dilakukan paling lambat 2 (dua) hari sebelum tanggal pemakaian unit.
Harga sewa Bagus Transport Bali sudah termasuk Unit, bahan bakar dan driver/Crew untuk pemakaian 10 jam atau sesuai kesepakatan bersama.
Extra time sesuai kesepakatan dikenakan biaya tambahan sebesar 10 (sepuluh) persen perjam dari harga sewa unit.
Pembatalan
Pembatalan sepihak dari Anda dengan atau tanpa pemberitahuan 2 (dua) hari sebelum tanggal pemakaian (hari H) dikenakan biaya ganti rugi sebesar 50 (lima puluh) persen dari total biaya sewa.
Pembatalan sepihak dari Anda dengan atau tanpa pemberitahuan pada tanggal pemakaian (hari H) maka total biaya sewa yang telah Anda bayarkan dinyatakan hangus 100 (seratus) persen dan tidak ada pengembalian biaya sewa.
Pembatalan pada tanggal pemakaian (hari H) yang diakibatkan kelalaian atau kesalahan pihak kami maka seluruh total pembayaran biaya sewa akan kami kembalikan 100 (seratus) persen kepada Anda.
Pembatalan pada tanggal pemakaian (hari H) yang di sebabkan oleh force majeure seperti pembatalan penerbangan oleh maskapai penerbangan maka tidak ada pengembalian biaya sewa.
Deposit
Anda dapat melakukan pembayaran uang muka (deposit) dengan cara datang langsung pada jam kerja ke kantor Bagus Transport Bali.
Kami menghargai waktu Anda yang berharga dan untuk memudahkan transaksi Anda juga dapat melakukan pembayaran uang muka (deposit) melalui transfer Bank ke nomor rekening Bagus Transport Bali.

Before one year I try to take the bus, local doesn't know to give me info so I decided to go to the bus station and catch it for kuta. I want to pay ticket to the driver but doesn't speak English good so he left us for free but in the return it was problem. The next driver doesn't allowed to get on even I say I want to pay the ticket… finally I young boy scanner from His phone ticket and I give him money and he explain me the way.
Unfortunately doesn't work nothing…the app from dewala metro bus doesn't work and the super market you suggest doesn't know for the prepaid ticket…..
Unfortunately I miss this way of transportation…

Thanks Adam, fantastic video. A question, or rather, a clarification: When paying using the QR, you mentioned topping up our grab apps with money. Does this mean I can use my Singaporean credit card to top up my Singaporean version of grab wallet, and when I land in Bali, I will be able to use that stored credit to scan the QR?

For some reason, this bus transit is very much under the radar in Indonesia, even to some of the public transit enthusiast. Rarely being talked about despite having decent coverage and frequency. Made it worse it being eclipsed by the LRT project that's more popular and controversial. I'm really glad you cover this!

As of August 2025:
– the e-money card now costs 28,000 IDR
– minimum charge is 50,000 IDR
– there is an admin fee of 1,500 when charging the card
– it costs 82,000 IDR to get set up with a usable card and start catching buses
– when tapping on, you need to hold the card on the reader until the green light goes on
– the buses do not have buttons to press indicating you want to get off at the next stop, so you need to let the drive know somehow. The buses won’t automatically stop at each stop.
We are in Sanur trying to sort out the shuttle, what a bloody nightmare, people getting on the shuttle thinking it’s free, no one had a money card. My Maid pulled some strings and finally got one. The cost system is different now. Anyway on the up side, the shuttles are very regular and quite full which is great to see. We really want to support it. 😃🐨

A couple of questions – if two people are catching the bus, can they pay with one phone or will we need the gojek/grab app on both phones to scan into the QR reader? Also, do we just tap on at the beginning of the ride or do we tap off before we get off the bus as well? Cheers

I live in Sanur but I admit I never bothere to even try to use it. QR code is for me a final turn off. The card thing could be OK.
